Yes CCcleaner is the shit, I’ve been using it for years. Do you know how to remove those nasty LSO cookies from your cache, cccleaner does not get rid of those.

I have never really been worried about those. I hear Firefox has a built in feture to remove them and to prevent them from being stored on your system in future.
